Team Clinics!
These are the most valuable clinics your team and coaches can take!  Professional tips, drills and advice!  The biggest complaint from Coaches is there is not enough time at practice to cover everything! We will show you how to run an effective and efficient practice!
Did you know one wrong word can ruin a child's desire to play the game? Its a shame and all too true, and it can be avoided with ease.
Coaches; the single biggest problem I see day in and day out as a Professional Instructor is that almost every Coach is teaching the same thing a different way, this is totally confusing to the kids. Come in for a team clinic and I promise you, you will be a better Coach, and after all, isn't that what we all really want to be?

Adult and youth baseball clinics and teams in chester, Chesterfield, Richmond, and Varina.Speed & Agility Classes
These classes are designed to increase your athlete's core strength, agility and speed and is an excellent class for players of any sport. The course is 4 weeks long, three times a week for one hour. All equipment is provided, athletes should bring water and a clean towel. No spikes or cleats of any kind allowed. The cost is $200.00 per athlete, maximum class size is 10 athletes.
